At 3 and 6 weeks they all get to take a trip to the vet for exams, vaccinations, and deworming. The puppies will also get to go on at least two car rides. They are then brought into our home for 2 weeks with their potty pad to get to know what home life is like with sound desensitization and distractions.
At 3 weeks, they start using a designated potty area in their nursery. They are fed Purina Pro Plan Puppy (at appropriate age) and are weighed weekly to make sure every one of them are growing beautifully. Our puppies are raised on ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) and many socialization /training found in Puppy Culture. from the day the puppies are born to the day they go to their new homes, the puppies are handled with love, care, and affection on a daily basis (I am a stay at home mom, so I am always home with the puppies!). Our Golden Retriever puppies are AKC registered and come from health tested parents. The puppies are socialized in our home on a daily basis with us and our young children. Our mama also has the luxury to her own nursery in our backyard for play time with the pups and a place to raise her babies. our doggie mama is our family pet and was raised in our home with our two children. We live on a 10 acre family horse farm, magnolia hill, in powhatan, virginia in the heart of RVA. We breed for the love of Golden Retrievers. together, they create a magnificent dog with shared characteristics.
We breed based on bloodline, quality health, and temperament. They are intelligent, friendly, and trainable. We choose to breed Golden Retrievers for their supreme characteristics. The Golden Retriever has proven to be an excellent family companion as well as therapy dogs. Bred from only American lineages, we produce puppies from AKC registered Golden Retrievers.
